Colorado Concrete Repair

Introduction

CCR came to us with a unique branding problem. Their name was Colorado Concrete Repair, but the business had grown into a company that provided concrete coating services - and no longer offered repair services. While an entirely new brand identity seemed to be the obvious solution, market research revealed strong analytics attached to their current website and business model. They didn’t want to lose the identity and reputation they’d spent years building through their impeccable values and performance.

We decided to keep their current website and pivot the identity emphasis to CCR, which is what everyone calls them anyway. We applied some fresh branding that reflected the “Code of the West” integrity and values that had grown their business in the first place. We also determined that SEO, PPC, and digital ads were the right way to increase their website traffic.

Brand Wolfe helped improve CRM and overall messaging, and set them up with a new sales tool – The Buyer’s Guide – which helped them land the biggest project in their company’s history. The strategy for offline solutions included a system of branded gifts, deployed in tactical ways throughout the sales process.
