Branding should be one of the easier parts of developing a business, right? But more often branding and the expression of your brand is the one thing that many business owners struggle with.
Effective branding requires us to not just “know thyself” but to be able to coherently express it to potential customers we might not even know yet. It involves a process of discovery that allows us to understand our limitations and the true nature and character of our business.

Simple answers to complex problems come easily from those who view our situation through the outside’s unscratched lens.
